This book is somewhat peculiar; it is a combination of techniques and theory that together with examples and illustrations teach us the basics of the world of design and drawing.

Although the title says “video game”, these techniques are actually applicable to other industries, such as animated films, since the bases on which it is built are the same.

Of course, the accompanying examples are works of art, in relation to the drawing part, but there are also many video game captures or illustrations of video game characters that help us understand what is being explained.

It is a good book if you are interested in this topic, although if what you are looking for is a book to learn to draw or simply more oriented to drawing, I think there are better alternatives.
